This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website abbainternational.in.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped on Sundays or public holidays in India.

If we experience delays due to high order volume or unforeseen issues, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Within India

We ship across India using reliable courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time (India):

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to major countries.

Estimated Delivery Time (International):

  • USA, Canada, Europe: 8–15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Middle East & Asia: 7–14 business days
  • Other Countries: 12–20 business days

International shipments may experience customs delays beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight/size
  • Courier rates

International shipping rates may vary depending on destination country and customs fees.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier name
  • Tracking link

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier’s system.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are determined by local customs authorities.
  • These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fee.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs charges at the destination.

We have no control over customs delays or extra charges.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address
  • Delays caused by recipient unavailability
  • Packages returned due to non-collection

If an order is returned to us, reshipping charges may apply.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost or undelivered, please contact us immediately.
  • We will file a claim with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the courier but not received by you (porch theft or local issues).

However, we will do our best to support you.


9. Changes to Orders

Once an order is shipped, we cannot:

  • Modify address
  • Change products
  • Cancel the order

For changes requested before shipping, contact us as soon as possible.
