Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers must send the returned item to our store in India.
  • To initiate a return, please contact at abbaint@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4 working days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or defective products within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • If the exchange is due to a size issue, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the exchange shipping costs.

International Orders (Outside India)

  • For orders outside India, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back for a return or exchange.

  • Any taxes, customs duties, or additional import fees will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

Cancellation Policy
